As you are aware, songwriters are undervalued and underpaid in the music streaming economy. To help, we have a two point proposal we want to make industry standard.

Our proposal is as follows:

1. Pay writers a per diem (a per day allowance).

Paying a minimum per diem of £75 / $120 to each songwriter working with an artist.

2. Give writers points on the master from the label share

A minimum of four (4) points on net revenue to be shared among the non-performing songwriters on a record.
